All prices are shown in sterling, and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

Returns-Exchanges-Refunds

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on everything we sell so you can shop with confidence , in the assurance that you can return any item within 7 days of receipt of order (simply email your order number and why you are returning your item within 7 days) . If an exchange is needed you must send a cheque for £2.95 postage. There is a 25% restocking fee on Items returned after the 7 days. Please note this does not apply to bespoke orders where the item has been made for you, these are non-returnable.

Please note, we do not refund Postage and packing. We recommend you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. Allow up to 30 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed. Refunds will be made via the same method as you made your purchase.

Postage and packing is charged at a fixed price of £2.95 within the United Kingdom (This UK postage charge is donated to RSPCA Doncaster) and £6.95 worldwide regardless of the size of your order (An extra charge of £7.00 is charged for all dog beds shipped within the uk and £12 worldwide). 4doggies.co.uk prides itself on the speedy delivery of your items, however should your item fail to arrive, email postage@4doggies.co.uk with your order number and we will track you order.
