We know that our online customers are looking for the top quality dog items at the lowest possible prices and we aim to deliver that to you. All items on this website are in stock for immediate delivery and our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us. We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase, subject to it being returned unused in its original condition and packaging.

4doggies offer all customers our price promise as we are confident that we will not be beaten on price. If you see the same product advertised at a lower price including delivery and in stock we will endeavour to match the price. This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for seconds or bulk orders. A proof of the offers may be required. We will consider all price beat requests, however, any price beat will be offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a price beat at any time. Simply email our sales team on info@4doggies.co.uk with contact details of the store or web-site that you have seen the products at a cheaper price and let us do the rest. We offer secure online transactions.
Postage And Packaging
Postage and packing is charged at a fixed price of £2.95 within the United Kingdom and £6.95 worldwide regardless of the size of your order (An extra charge of £7.00is charged for all beds shipped within the uk and £12 worldwide). 4doggies.co.uk prides itself on the speedy delivery of your items, however should your item fail to arrive, email info@4doggies.co.uk with your order number and we will track you order.
Returns-Exchanges-Refunds
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on everything we sell so you can shop with confidence , in the assurance that you can return any item within 7 days of receipt of order (simply email your order number and why you are returning your item within 7 days) . If an exchange is needed you must send a cheque for £2.95 postage. There is a 25% restocking fee on Items returned after the 7 days. Please note this does not apply to bespoke orders where the item has been made for you, these are non-returnable.

Please note, we do not refund postage and packing. We recommend you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. Allow up to 30 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed. Refunds will be made via the same method as you made your purchase.
If you need to return something please email us on info@4Doggies.co.uk to help us identify your package and process your return as quickly as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All prices are shown in sterling, and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
